The consultation call is 15-20 minutes in length. It is an opportunity for you to get to know me and how I work as well as ask any questions you may have. It is primarily an opportunity for us to determine if we are a good fit to start this journey together. Some questions I will ask are:
What brings you to therapy?
What are your goals for therapy?
What is your experience with therapy?

Currently my fee is $175.00 for a 50 minute session. I offer a few sliding scale slots however they are fully occupied at this time.

I do not offer direct billing at this time however upon completion of the session you will receive an invoice with all the necessary information required for reimbursement from your insurance company.
I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to ensure they cover services from psychotherapists. Most do!

I provide therapy virtually, in person or by telephone.
My in-person office is located in the west of Toronto (south Etobicoke area).

A therapy session is 50 minutes in length.

Your therapy appointment is held exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, I ask that you provide a 24-48 hour notice. Same day cancellations will incur a full session charge.

Yes, I currently provide supervision to Registered Psychotherapists in Independent Practice.
